Position Overview
The Receptionist serves as the first point of
contact for customers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience both
in person and over the phone. This role is responsible for managing incoming
calls, greeting and directing visitors, and providing general dealership
information.
In addition to front-line customer service, the
Receptionist supports administrative functions, including maintaining the
customer lounge, assisting with dealer trade coordination, and reviewing
deliveries in CDK and One-Eighty systems.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented,
and personable, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while providing exceptional customer
service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for answering and directing
all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provides basic
information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group in order to answer
inquiries and to refer customers to the appropriate individual or department.

Greets
and assists customers arriving at the dealership.
·
Welcome
customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of
their visit
·
Maintains
the cleanliness of the customer waiting lounge and ensures it is well stocked.

Participate
in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments
·
Reviews
deliveries in CDK and One-Eighty program
·
Participate
in administrative tasks
Qualifications Required
- Demonstrated
excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and
information
- Excellent oral
and written communication skills
- Demonstrated
pleasant, friendly manner
- Organizational
ability and attention to detail
- Ability to take
ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to
completion
- Ability to remain
calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to
customers
- Ability to work
in a team environment to achieve common goals
- Two (2) years of
reception experience, or equivalent
- Dealership
experience preferred
- One-Eighty or
customer relationship management system experience preferred
- Must be able to
work full-time
