ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships insuring timely customer contact, service prospecting an d assisting incoming service customers.
Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care.
This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software applications.
70+ Service calls are required per day.
ABOUT YOU
Excel at customer service and enjoy contacting and assisting customers on the telephone.
Clear and pleasant voice quality is required for telephone communication.
Attention to detail to ensure all customer requests and information is correctly entered.
Ability to learn multiple software applications.
