Position Overview
We are
looking for a driven, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead our
online sales efforts and help deliver a premium buying experience worthy of the
BMW brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, understand
digital lead management, and know how to convert online inquiries into loyal
customers, we want to hear from you.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond
promptly to all internet, phone, and digital inquiries
- Manage
CRM lead processes and customer follow-up
- Set
and confirm appointments for showroom visits and test drives
- Build
relationships with customers through phone, email, text, and online
platforms
- Work
closely with sales consultants and management to maximize lead conversion
- Maintain
high customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Monitor
lead sources and performance metrics
- Ensure
all online customers receive a luxury-level experience aligned with BMW
standards
- Assist
with digital marketing campaigns and inventory merchandising when needed
Qualifications Required
- Automotive
sales or internet sales experience is a Must for this position
- Strong
communication and customer service skills
- Experience
using CRM systems and lead management tools
- Self-motivated,
organized, and goal-oriented
- Professional
appearance and attitude
- Ability
to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid
driver’s license with clean driving record
