Position Overview
Southside Nissan is seeking a proactive Lot Manager
to oversee day‑to‑day lot operations, lead a team of lot attendants, and ensure
a clean, organized, and customer‑focused environment.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and able
to work both independently and as part of a team. As Lot Manager, you will
manage staff scheduling, maintain lot standards, support efficient vehicle
flow, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. This role offers
strong growth potential within Canada’s largest automotive group.
The expected pay for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies for the lot
·
Supervise, train and evaluate subordinate
employees
·
Issue and submit periodic lot reports to the
higher management
·
Devise and recommend ways to enhance the
effectiveness of parking procedures to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
·
Inspect the lot physically and ensure proper
physical conditions are available for parking
·
Conduct minor maintenance of lot equipment
·
Promote and demonstrate high standards of
customer service
·
Organize training sessions for development and
grooming of the team
·
Assign duties to the lot employees and evaluate
their performance
·
Oversee the cleanliness of the lot to facilitate
smooth drive in and drive out
·
This position will be expected to perform other
duties as assigned by management
Qualifications Required
·
Be extremely organized
·
Pay close attention to detail
·
Be self-motivated
·
Ability to work independently and as a team
·
Be able to work effectively against deadlines
·
Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’s
License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a
current copy of your driver’s abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review
·
Ability to operate assigned equipment
·
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
