Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Mobile Automotive Service Technician to join the team at Thorncrest Ford.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
What We Offer:
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and light
repair services at customer homes, workplaces, or job sites using a fully
equipped Ford Mobile Service Van ·
Complete services such as oil changes,
tire rotations, battery replacements, brake inspections, recalls, and basic
diagnostics ·
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify
maintenance or repair needs ·
Utilize diagnostic equipment and
manufacturer tools to accurately assess vehicle concerns ·
Perform repairs and maintenance
following Ford manufacturer standards and dealership procedures ·
Qualify vehicles for warranty coverage
prior to completing warranty repairs ·
Examine vehicles to determine if
additional safety or service work is required ·
Communicate findings and repair
recommendations clearly to the service team and customers ·
Perform road tests where required using
safe driving standards ·
Ensure the mobile service vehicle is
clean, organized, fully stocked, and maintained ·
Deliver a professional, convenient, and
high-quality customer experience offsite ·
Stay up to date on the latest Ford
vehicle technology, repair procedures, and service bulletins ·
Complete repair orders accurately and
in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario Drivers License
- Previous
Ford and/or dealership experience is considered an asset
- Strong
aptitude for mechanical and technical repairs
- Comfortable
working independently in a mobile/offsite environment
- Strong
knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Familiarity
with the latest vehicle technology and advancements
- Excellent
time management and organizational skills
- Strong
attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Effective
communication and customer service skills
- Ability
to represent the dealership professionally while working in the field
