Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill a position for a Regional Sales Trainer.

Applicant must have a valid OMVIC certification, possess strong leadership abilities, and have a desire to establish a career with a first-class organization.


Essential Duties:

  • Host and lead sales events at multiple stores across the region.
  • Plan and facilitate kick-off meetings to set the tone for each sales event.
  • Generate, manage, and confirm appointments for sales events.
  • Greet and register customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive start to their experience.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and managers to drive vehicle sales.
  • Travel to various stores within the region to support sales events as required.
  • Additional duties as requested by manager.


All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

  • Must be OMVIC certified.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in automotive sales.
  • Proven expertise in hosting or managing automotive sales events is an asset.
  • Be extremely organized.
  • Pay close attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong negotiation and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
