Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill
a position for a Regional Sales Trainer.
Applicant must have a valid OMVIC certification, possess
strong leadership abilities, and have a desire to establish a career with a
first-class organization.
Essential Duties:
- Host
and lead sales events at multiple stores across the region.
- Plan
and facilitate kick-off meetings to set the tone for each sales event.
- Generate,
manage, and confirm appointments for sales events.
- Greet
and register customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive start to their
experience.
- Collaborate
with sales representatives and managers to drive vehicle sales.
- Travel
to various stores within the region to support sales events as required.
- Additional duties as requested by manager.
All successful applicants must possess the following
qualities:
- Must
be OMVIC certified.
- Have
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience
in automotive sales.
- Proven
expertise in hosting or managing automotive sales events is an asset.
- Be
extremely organized.
- Pay
close attention to detail.
- Be
self-motivated.
- Ability
to work independently and as a team.
- Strong
negotiation and decision‑making skills.
- Ability
to build and maintain rapport with customers.
