Outbound Sales Consultants to add fuel to our momentum.

Your Mission (What You’ll Be Doing):

Proactively outbound call, text, and email
prospective and existing customers
·
Generate opportunities through prospecting,
follow-up, reactivation, and referral networks
·
Book appointments and guide guests through the
sales journey — from first contact to delivery
·
Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by identifying
customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
·
Build strong relationships through confident,
professional, and persuasive communication
·
Deliver a superior, memorable guest experience
every time
·
Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow
structured outbound processes
·
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and
participate in all available training
·
Set monthly productivity goals and plan the
steps required to exceed them
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities You Bring:
·
Previous outbound sales, call-based, or
customer-facing experience (automotive an asset, not required)
·
Confidence and clarity in verbal, written, and
phone communication
·
Strong follow-up habits with urgency and
persistence
·
Coachable attitude with a genuine desire to
learn and improve
·
Ability to work effectively with all levels of
the organization
·
Strong computer skills (CRM systems, internet
tools, Microsoft Office)
·
Effective negotiation skills and sound judgment
·
Proven ability to build and maintain strong
customer relationships
·
VSA License (required or must be obtained upon
hire)
·
Valid British Columbia Driver’s License
