Your Mission (What You’ll Be Doing):

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by
identifying customer needs
●
Maximize sales and profitability
by meeting—and exceeding—established goals
●
Build our customer base through
proactive prospecting and referral networks
●
Deliver a superior, memorable
guest experience every time
●
Demonstrate strong product
knowledge and participate in all available training
●
Set monthly productivity goals and
plan the steps to achieve them
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities You Bring:
●
Previous automotive sales
experience (an asset but not mandatory for the right superstar)
●
Coachable attitude and a genuine
desire to learn
●
Excellent interpersonal, written,
and phone communication skills
●
Ability to work effectively with
all levels of the organization
●
Strong computer skills (internet,
CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
●
Effective negotiation skills and
sound judgment
●
Proven ability to build and
maintain strong customer relationships
●
VSA License is an asset
●
Valid British Columbia Driver’s
License
