Mercedes-Benz Boundary is currently looking to fill a new position of Sales Content
Creator & Administrator
The candidate must possess exceptional
communication skills, able to multitask, work well under pressure and possess
Microsoft Office knowledge. Previous automotive experience and a second
language would be an asset.
Primary duties are to assist Sales Managers
and Sales staff in all areas of the sales process and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
- Work with Sales Team to create content for social
media and website featuring our products and people.
- Contribute content to Instagram and Facebook and
Monitor communities for feedback and engage with clients
- Serves as the first impression of
the dealership & front lines the main desk at point of entry for the
purpose of greeting & directing all visitors, including vendors,
clients & customers.
- Responsible for working with General Manager to ensure
processes and policies are up to date and followed.
- Assist Sales Managers to track daily floor and
telephone traffic.
- Provide administrative support. Including assignment
of stock numbers, maintenance of inventory, maintenance of accurate dealer
defaults and group dealer options in One-Eighty. Also responsible for
recording delivered vehicles, accurate lot status of all vehicles, mileage
of demo vehicles and updating vehicle pricing.
- Responsible for the daily completion of CRM alerts to
prevent duplicates in One-Eighty. This information is entered into
One-Eighty daily and reported monthly.
- Assist Sales Managers in daily/weekly reports.
- Update gas books, receipts, telephone lists, vehicle
inventory lists and order business cards and stationary
- Maintain the appearance of the reception desk; cleanliness
& organization of documents & files is mandatory.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Experience using social media tools to capture video and photo
content
- Be comfortable in front of and behind the camera
